When organisations call us

Security projects fail for the same reasons other projects do.

Putting guardrails, access controls and data protection around AI and LLM rollouts

Aligning AI use with APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234 and the Australian AI Safety Standard

Rolling out new security technology such as EDR, SIEM, identity governance or privileged access

Uplifting controls against the Essential Eight, ISO 27001 or SOCI obligations

Closing out audit or penetration test findings before the next review

Running security workstreams inside a larger AI, cloud or data program

How we deliver

Five steps from scope to sign-off.

01

Scope and govern

Agree outcomes, success measures, stakeholders and decision rights from day one.

02

Assess and plan

Baseline current state, map gaps, risks and dependencies, and build a realistic delivery plan.

03

Coordinate delivery

Manage internal teams and vendors to a single plan, with secure configuration standards built in.

04

Track and report

Milestones, risks and changes reported in language boards and auditors understand.

Frequently asked questions

What is APRA CPS 234?

CPS 234 is APRA's prudential standard on information security. It requires banks, insurers and super funds to maintain security capability that matches their threats, test their controls, and notify APRA of material incidents.

What is the Essential Eight?

The Essential Eight is the Australian Signals Directorate's set of eight baseline strategies for mitigating cyber attacks, covering areas such as patching, multi-factor authentication, application control and backups.

How do you secure an AI or LLM rollout?

We put access controls and data classification around what the AI can see, add guardrails on inputs and outputs, log activity for audit, and keep human approval in place for high-risk decisions.

Do you provide just a project manager, or a full team?

Either. We can lead the program with experienced project and program managers, and bring in specialist cyber and AI engineers when the work needs them.
